What is the eligibility criteria for a cafe to be included in the Top Cafes for 2017?

For a cafe to be eligible for a place in the Top Cafes 2017 awards the following selection criteria are applied regardless of the city:

A cafe must be approved, open and not marked as closed
A cafe must have received at least 9 reviews between 1 January 2017 and Midnight December 30 2017 UTC time
More than 75% of the cafe's reviews must be credible
A cafe must be in the top 100 eligible cafes ordered by cafe score
A cafe must be associated with an eligible city

An eligible city is a city with at least 5 eligible cafes.
