How are the Top Cafes rankings calculated for each city?

The Top Cafes ranking for each city is calculated by ordering all cafes in the city by the calculated cafe score from highest to lowest then applying the following selection criteria:

• A cafe must be approved, open and not marked as closed
• A cafe must have been added to Beanhunter more than three months ago
• A cafe must have more than the cities' required number of credible reviews

A cities' minimum credible review requirement is based on the total number of reviews for that city.
